- hamstring stretch 2 min/side

- OHS hold 1 min

 

Supplemental

A. external rotation w band 3 x 15/side

B. max hold parallette L-sit x 5; rest as needed

 

Strength

- strict press: 1-1-1-1-AMRAP; rest as needed

 

MetCon

- 2 power cleans on the minute for 15 min.
