*In house competition tomorrow at 9am. Be there at 8am to warm up and we will be all done by 11am. We will scale the workouts if needed so just come in and throw down!

 

WOD

ROMIK

- SMR: quads/glutes

- wall of death 2 min/side

- OHS position work 1-2 min

 

Strength

- deadlift 3-3-3-3-AMRAP; rest as needed

 

MetCon

5 RFT:

- 12 thrusters (95/65)

- 12 toes to bar
