**Announcements**

  • 4th of July schedule:  We'll be open from 8am to 10am on July 4th for open gym, but no official classes will be held.  Friday we will have a late start in which the first class will be the 9am C-Sport.  So NO 6am or 8am classes on Friday the 5th.  Saturday and Sunday will be normal.

WOD

Mobility

- foam roll quads 2 min/side

- standing fig 4 stretch 2 min/side (find something to prop your leg up on)

- Lacrosse ball on shoulders (pick a spot that hurts) 2 min/side

 

MetCon

For time:

- 100 pull-ups

- 100 push-ups

- 100 sit-ups

- 100 squats

*Do these in any order you like.  Just use something to keep track of your reps!

*If you are performing the workout Rx, I would like you to have a partner count your reps for you.  It's too difficult to keep track once you get tired.
